1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CrewReve — India's premium institute for air hostess, cabin crew, ground staff, hospitality, and travel industry training (operated as "CrewReve", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using crewreve.com, enrolling in any of our courses, or interacting with our services, you ("user", "student", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2Use of Website

You may use crewreve.com only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the website in any way that violates Indian laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without our written permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person, employee, or other user
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users
• Use our website to send unsolicited promotional material (spam)
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate any of these rules.

3Course Enrollment Terms

3.1 Eligibility

To enroll in any CrewReve course, you must:

• Be of legal age (17+ years for most courses, 15+ for Personality Development)
• Meet course-specific eligibility (height, education, medical fitness for cabin crew, etc.)
• Submit truthful and accurate information during enrollment
• Provide valid identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passport) for admission verification

Submission of false information may lead to immediate cancellation of admission without refund.

3.2 Admission Process

Admission is confirmed only after:

• Completion of admission form
• Document verification
• Payment of admission fee (or first installment as agreed)
• Receipt of confirmation from CrewReve

3.3 Course Schedule & Duration

Course durations are as advertised (3, 4, 6, or 8 months as applicable). CrewReve reserves the right to modify class schedules, training locations, or curriculum content with reasonable notice to students.

4Fees & Refund Policy

4.1 Course Fees

Course fees vary by program and are communicated to students during the counselling and admission process. Fees may include:

• Tuition fee
• Registration fee (one-time, non-refundable)
• Uniform & training kit
• Certification charges
• GST as applicable (extra)

4.2 Payment Terms

Fees can be paid through cash, bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit card, or approved EMI/financing options. Late payment may incur penalties as per institute policy. Continuing in the course requires fees to be paid on time.

4.3 Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

• Cancellation within 7 days of admission (before classes begin): 80% refund of paid amount (excluding registration fee)
• Cancellation within 15 days of starting classes: 50% refund of paid amount

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Cancellation after 15 days of class start
• Registration fee (always non-refundable)
• Uniform, training kit, study material costs (once delivered)
• If student is removed due to misconduct or rule violation
• If student stops attending without formal cancellation
• Examination, certification, and placement support fees

Refund requests must be made in writing to info@crewreve.com. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment source.

5Student Conduct & Discipline

All enrolled students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. CrewReve has a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
• Use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs on campus
• Damage to institute property, equipment, or training facilities
• Cheating during assessments or providing false documents
• Disrespectful behavior toward trainers, staff, or fellow students
• Violation of grooming, uniform, or attendance policies

Students violating conduct rules may face warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the program without refund.

6Placement Disclaimer

Our placement support includes:

• Resume building and LinkedIn profile creation
• Mock interviews and group discussion practice
• Direct introduction to airlines, hotels, travel companies and ground handlers
• Multiple interview opportunities until placement (subject to attendance & performance)
• Profile referral to recruitment partners

We do NOT guarantee:

• Specific salary, role, location, or company
• Placement at any particular airline or organization
• Placement within a specific timeframe
• Placement for students with poor attendance, performance, or grooming standards

Statistics like "95% placement rate" are based on historical data and individual student efforts. Past results do not guarantee future placements.

7Intellectual Property Rights

All content on crewreve.com — including text, images, videos, logos, course materials, training methods, study guides, and software — is the property of CrewReve or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Share course materials with non-enrolled persons
• Use the CrewReve name or logo for commercial purposes
• Record classroom sessions or training materials without consent

8User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or any content to CrewReve (whether on our website, social media, or to our staff), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You confirm that:

• The content is original and yours to share
• It does not violate any third-party rights
• You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if a minor

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CrewReve and its trainers, staff, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, savings, opportunity, or career outcomes
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid by the student
• Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, hosting providers, etc.)
• Loss of personal belongings on campus or during training activities
• Injuries during physical activities (students should ensure they are medically fit)

10Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations that:

• The website will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted
• The content is always up-to-date or completely accurate
• Specific courses will be available at all times
• Hiring trends, airline policies, or salary information in blogs will remain unchanged

11Termination

CrewReve reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student's enrollment without refund if:

• The student violates these Terms or institute conduct rules
• Fees remain unpaid beyond the agreed schedule
• The student provides false information during admission
• Repeated absenteeism (less than 75% attendance)
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the institute or other students

You may also voluntarily withdraw at any time, subject to the refund policy mentioned above.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting our team. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
